No Guarantee of Outcomes

While ECNO Digital aims to deliver high-quality solutions, consulting and digital strategy work naturally involves variables outside our control. Therefore, we cannot guarantee:

  • Specific performance results
     
  • Revenue increases
     
  • Lead volume or conversion outcomes
     
  • Third-party system performance (e.g., Make.com, GoHighLevel, social platforms, API providers)
     

All services are provided on a best-effort basis.


Client Responsibilities

To ensure effective service delivery, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information
     
  • Maintain access to necessary accounts, tools, or platforms
     
  • Review deliverables and respond to communication in a timely manner
     
  • Use our recommendations responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws
     

Payment Terms

Payments for consulting services, digital marketing packages, automations, or other offerings are due as outlined in your proposal, invoice, or subscription plan.

Late payments may result in:

  • Paused work
     
  • Suspension of services
     
  • Additional service fees
     

All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.


Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling

Discovery calls and consultations may be booked through our website. You may reschedule or cancel a call up to 24 hours in advance.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of the session or fees being retained.


Intellectual Property

All:

  • documents,
     
  • SOPs,
     
  • strategies,
     
  • automations,
     
  • scripts,
     
  • templates, and
     
  • digital assets
     

created by ECNO Digital remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables for internal business purposes only.

You may not resell, distribute, or publish ECNO Digital materials without written permission.


Limitation of Liability

ECNO Digital is not liable for:

  • indirect or consequential damages
     
  • data loss
     
  • lost revenue
     
  • downtime caused by third-party platforms
     
  • errors arising from client-provided information
     

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services in question.


Third-Party Tools, Software & Integrations

ECNO Digital may help configure or integrate third-party platforms such as:

  • GoHighLevel
     
  • Make.com
     
  • Google Workspace
     
  • APIs
     
  • Social media platforms
     
  • CRM tools
     

We do not control these platforms and are not responsible for:

  • outages
     
  • errors
     
  • policy changes
     
  • data handling
     
  • pricing updates
     

Clients are responsible for their own accounts and subscriptions.


SMS Communication Consent

By submitting your phone number through our form or booking process, you agree to receive SMS messages related to:

  • appointment reminders
     
  • service updates
     
  • project communications
     
  • promotions
     

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.


Termination

We may terminate services if:

  • invoices are unpaid
     
  • terms are violated
     
  • access to required accounts is restricted
     
  • abusive or inappropriate behavior occurs
     


Changes to Terms

ECNO Digital may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
